This business is a wonderful discovery for those interested in exploring Madrid's hidden gems. The guided tours, led by licensed Madrid historians, are a unique and engaging way to experience the city's rich history and culture. The owner's responsiveness to client feedback is impressive, with many customers praising the personalized attention and care that goes into each tour. The quality of the tours is consistently high, with clients raving about the knowledgeable and enthusiastic guides. The owner's professionalism shines through in every interaction, from the initial booking process to the final farewell. While some clients have noted that the tours can be a bit too short, the value for money is undeniable, with many clients praising the fair pricing and exceptional quality of the experience. One potential issue to note is that some clients have mentioned that the tours can be quite crowded, which may detract from the overall experience. However, this is a minor quibble in an otherwise excellent business. Overall, Microplan Madrid is a top-notch choice for anyone looking to explore the real Madrid, and its commitment to quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction makes it a standout in the industry.
