This location seems to be a well-established and reliable Mercedes-Benz dealership, with a wide range of services including used car sales, truck repair, and car parts. The staff is friendly and attentive, with several customers praising their excellent service and professionalism. The dealership has a modern facility with wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance, and accepts various payment methods, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards. The working hours are convenient, with extended hours on weekdays and limited hours on Saturdays. However, some customers have reported issues with slow service and long waiting times, particularly during peak hours. Despite these issues, the dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction and their willingness to resolve problems are evident in their responses to customer feedback. Overall, this dealership appears to be a good option for those in the market for a Mercedes-Benz vehicle or related services, although some patience may be required during peak periods.
