Mercado Actual is a well-established web-based store with a strong focus on selling technological and computer products. Founded in 2007, it has a large customer base, serving over 300,000 orders per year. The store has a specialized department that provides services to companies, including advising, financing, and facilitating purchases according to their specific needs. The store's working hours are consistent, with regular hours on weekdays and a clear schedule for delivery and in-store pickup. However, it's worth noting that the store is closed on weekends, which might not be convenient for customers who prefer to shop during these days. The store's payment methods are convenient, accepting both debit and credit cards, making it easy for customers to make payments. The wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance are also a plus for customers with mobility issues.Unfortunately, there is one notable issue that affects the overall experience. A customer reported receiving only half of their order after waiting for several days. However, the issue was resolved promptly after the customer contacted the store's customer service.Despite this issue, the majority of customers have had a positive experience with Mercado Actual, with many praising the store's excellent service, fast delivery, and competitive pricing. The store's customer service team is also commended for being responsive and helpful. Some customers have reported issues with delivery, including a case where a package was lost and the customer was not notified. However, the store's customer service team quickly resolved the issue and the customer was able to pick up the package.Overall, Mercado Actual is a reliable and trustworthy store that offers a wide range of technological and computer products. While there is one notable issue, the store's excellent customer service and competitive pricing make it a great option for customers looking for a hassle-free shopping experience.
