This store offers a wide range of physical therapy products with great variety and quality. The prices are very competitive and affordable, making it a great value for customers. The staff is professional and knowledgeable, always willing to assist and provide advice. However, there have been some issues with customer service, with one customer experiencing a negative interaction with a salesperson who made sexist and condescending comments. Despite this, the store has a high rating overall and is a great resource for those in need of physical therapy products. The staff is very experienced and has been providing excellent service for over 25 years. They also offer quick shipping and have a wide range of products available, including creams, machines, and other equipment. The store has a lot of experience and expertise in the field, which is reflected in their high ratings and loyal customer base.
