This is a lovely game store, MasQueOca com Your Board Game Store, located in Alcobendas City. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help with any questions or problems you may have. The store has a great selection of games, including some hard-to-find titles. One of the best things about this store is its commitment to customer service. They respond quickly to emails and phone calls, and are always willing to go the extra mile to solve any issues you may have. In fact, I've never had a problem with a game or a purchase that wasn't resolved quickly and efficiently. The store is also very LGBTQ+ friendly, which is a big plus in my book. The atmosphere is welcoming and inclusive, and you can tell that the staff genuinely care about their customers. The only issue I've had with the store is with the packaging of the games. On one occasion, I received a game that was poorly packaged, and the box was damaged. However, the staff were very apologetic and helpful, and they replaced the game promptly.Overall, I would highly recommend MasQueOca com Your Board Game Store to anyone who loves board games. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the selection is great, and the customer service is top-notch. Just be sure to check your game's packaging carefully before leaving the store!
