This location has a well-developed shopping area that offers various items, including furniture, home decor, and outdoor goods. The building is wheelchair accessible, and customers can use NFC mobile payments, debit cards, or credit cards to make purchases. The store's working hours are convenient for customers, and the location is open from 10:00 to 22:00 from Monday to Friday and 10:00 to 22:00 on Saturday, with reduced hours on Sunday. The store's interior is modern and visually appealing, with inspiring displays of furniture and decor items. Customers can browse and get ideas for their homes or gifts. The staff is friendly and helpful, with some employees standing out for their excellent service, such as Álvaro, who was attentive and patient. However, there are some concerns about the quality of the products. One customer reported that a sofa they purchased was made of low-quality materials and fell apart quickly. Another customer had a similar experience with a sofa that they claimed was not as advertised.Despite these issues, the store has a strong overall reputation, with many customers praising the staff's excellent service, the wide range of products, and the convenient location. Some customers have even mentioned that the store's prices are competitive, making it a good option for customers on a budget. However, it's worth noting that the store has had some issues with customer service, including one customer who reported a difficult experience with the store's customer service team. This customer felt that the team was unhelpful and unresponsive to their concerns. In general, this location is a good option for customers who are looking for a wide range of products and excellent customer service. However, customers should be aware of the potential issues with product quality and customer service.
