I was highly impressed with the service I received at this urology center. The staff was very professional and attentive, from the receptionist to the doctor. The facilities were clean and modern, and the equipment was state-of-the-art. I had a very good experience overall, but there was one issue that I want to highlight.The issue I had was with the communication before my appointment. I felt like there was a lack of clarity about what to expect and what I needed to do before coming in. I had to call multiple times to get information about my appointment, and I felt like I was being passed around between different people. This made me feel a bit anxious and unsure about what was going on.Despite this issue, I was very satisfied with the care I received during my appointment. The doctor was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, and the nurses were very kind and attentive. The procedure was quick and easy, and I was back on my feet in no time.Overall, I would highly recommend this urology center to anyone in need of urological care.
