This business location offers a wide selection of books, including out-of-print and second-hand titles, as well as a variety of new books and a large selection of children's books. The store is welcoming and has a comfortable atmosphere, making it a great place to spend time browsing and finding new titles. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store offers a range of services, including online ordering and in-store pickup. The store's location is convenient, with wheelchair-accessible entrance and Wi-Fi available for customers. The store is also LGBTQ+ friendly and has a safe space for transgender customers. However, the business may benefit from being more transparent about their return and exchange policies, as some customers have reported issues with getting refunds or replacements for damaged items. Additionally, the store's inventory could be more organized and easier to navigate, which might make it easier for customers to find specific titles.Overall, this is a great business location that offers a lot to book lovers and a welcoming atmosphere. While there are some areas for improvement, the store's strengths far outweigh its weaknesses, making it a must-visit destination for anyone looking for a great selection of books and a friendly, helpful staff.
