LHH Madrid offers a range of services, including recruitment solutions, leadership development, and career transition and mobility. Their team of specialists helps people, teams, and organizations prepare for future challenges. They have a long history of working with organizations to drive transformation and offer socially responsible integrated solutions. The office is located in a convenient location in Madrid, with a wheelchair-accessible entrance. The working hours are standard, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, with no hours on Saturday or Sunday. The clients have mixed reviews, with some praising the company's professionalism, training programs, and helpful staff. They appreciate the one-on-one support and guidance provided by their recruiters. On the other hand, some clients have expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of transparency, unclear expectations, and limited job opportunities. The company's online presence is strong, with a user-friendly website and a good reputation on social media. They have a good rating on their website, but it's not outstanding. Overall, LHH Madrid is a decent option for those looking for recruitment services and career development support. However, potential clients should be aware of the mixed reviews and have realistic expectations. There is a notable issue with the company's recruiters, who seem to prioritize selling services over actually helping clients find jobs. This has led to frustration and disappointment for some clients. It's essential to approach any recruitment agency with caution and do thorough research before committing to their services. As for innovation, LHH Madrid seems to be trailing behind, with some clients feeling that their services are not particularly innovative or effective. While they offer some useful training programs and one-on-one support, their approach to job placement seems outdated and not particularly successful.
