This location has been operating as an official Lexus dealer since 2005, and it's clear that they have a strong understanding of their products and services. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable, with many customers praising the helpfulness of the sales team. The facilities are modern and comfortable, with amenities like free WiFi and wheelchair accessibility. However, some customers have had mixed experiences with the service. One reviewer had a particularly bad experience with a sales representative who seemed disinterested in helping them. While this may not be representative of the entire staff, it's worth noting that some customers may have a less-than-positive experience. The location offers a wide range of services, including financing, maintenance plans, and repair services. They also have a variety of certified pre-owned and used vehicles available for sale. The pricing of these vehicles seems to be competitive, with many customers praising the value for money. One of the standout features of this location is their commitment to innovation. They offer a range of hybrid and electric vehicles, and their staff is knowledgeable about the latest technologies. However, some customers have noted that the location could be more transparent about the features and benefits of these vehicles.Overall, this location seems to be a solid choice for customers looking for a reliable and knowledgeable dealership. While there may be some variations in the service experience, the staff is generally welcoming and helpful. With a focus on innovation and a commitment to customer satisfaction, this location is well worth considering. One area for improvement is the consistency of the service experience. While many customers have had positive interactions with the sales team, a few have reported less-than-ideal experiences. The location could benefit from more training and attention to customer service to ensure that every customer has a positive experience.Despite this, the location has many strengths, including its modern facilities, knowledgeable staff, and wide range of services. With a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, this location is well-positioned to meet the needs of customers in the Madrid area.
