The location is known for having long waiting times, both on the phone and in person. Several clients have reported that they had to wait for extended periods to be attended to, and even had to leave the premises without being seen. This can be frustrating for those who are already anxious or in pain. It's worth noting that the lab is only open until 1 pm, which may not be convenient for those who work or have other commitments during the day. Some clients have reported that the staff can be unfriendly or unhelpful when trying to book an appointment or ask questions. One client even mentioned that they were asked to email their inquiry, which seemed unnecessary. However, it's worth mentioning that the lab does have a wide range of diagnostic tests and a convenient online booking system.Another issue that has been mentioned is the discrepancy in pricing. One client reported that they were given different prices for the same test on different occasions, which can be confusing and frustrating for those who are trying to budget. However, the lab does offer a wide range of payment options, including mobile payments and credit cards. The lab is known for its professionalism and accuracy in its testing. Many clients have reported that their results were accurate and reliable, and that the staff were knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the results. The lab also has a convenient online system for retrieving results, which can be accessed from the comfort of your own home. It's worth noting that the lab is wheelchair-accessible and has a gender-neutral toilet, which is a plus for those with disabilities or who prefer this option. However, the paid parking options may be a drawback for some.Overall, the lab has a mixed reputation, with some clients reporting long waiting times and unfriendly staff, while others praise its professionalism, accuracy, and convenient online system.
