This veterinary clinic in Alcorcón has a good reputation, with some notable strengths and weaknesses. While the overall quality of care seems to be average, the clinic shines when it comes to pricing, with many customers praising the affordable prices for various services. The innovativeness of the clinic is also noteworthy, with a wide range of services and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest medical advancements. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the quality of care, citing instances of unprofessional behavior and a lack of attention to detail. This may be a result of the high demand for services and the large number of veterinarians on staff, which can sometimes lead to a sense of overwhelm.Overall, Kivet is a solid option for pet owners in the area, but it's essential to be aware of the potential issues with quality and to do your research before selecting a veterinarian. It's worth noting that there are some disturbing comments from customers who felt they were taken advantage of by the clinic, including one customer who reported being charged exorbitant fees for unnecessary tests and procedures. This suggests that the clinic may prioritize making money over providing the best possible care for their patients. As with any business, it's essential to read multiple reviews and do your research before making a decision. With some caveats, Kivet could be a good choice for pet owners in the area, but it's crucial to be aware of the potential issues and to advocate for yourself and your pet.
