This store is a one-stop-shop for all your electronics needs, offering a wide range of products and services. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and the store has a good reputation for quality and reliability. However, some customers have mentioned that the store can be a bit pricey compared to other options. The store is well-organized and easy to navigate, making it a convenient shopping experience. The staff is friendly and willing to help, even with complex technical issues. However, there is one major issue that needs to be addressed: the store's inflexible payment policy. In one case, a customer was unable to pay for a small item using their preferred payment method, and was forced to leave without making a purchase. This lack of flexibility and understanding can be frustrating for customers. The store's working hours are standard, with Monday to Friday hours from 7am to 3pm. It's worth noting that the store is closed on weekends, which may not be convenient for some customers. The store's features, such as wheelchair accessibility and home delivery, are a plus. However, the store's lack of clear information about its services and prices can make it difficult for customers to make informed decisions. Overall, this store is a good option for customers looking for a wide range of electronics products and services, but it needs to improve its payment policy and customer communication to provide a better shopping experience.
