This location is a specialized bookstore and service center that offers a wide range of psychological tests and evaluation services. The staff is known for being helpful and attentive, and the store is well-stocked with various books and resources. The variety of services and products offered is one of the location's strongest points. They have over 300 psychological tests available, making them a valuable resource for professionals in the field. Additionally, their online application and automated test correction services are convenient and time-saving.However, some customers have reported issues with communication and availability. The store's phone lines can be busy, and the staff may not always be available to answer questions or provide assistance. Furthermore, some customers have expressed frustration with the pricing of certain products, particularly the Psimon test kit.Despite these issues, the location is generally well-regarded and provides a unique and valuable service to the community. With some improvements to communication and customer service, this location has the potential to be an even more valuable resource for professionals and individuals alike. One issue that stands out is the difficulty in contacting the staff, especially during busy times. This has resulted in some customers feeling frustrated and unattended to. The store's website could also benefit from clearer information about the products and services offered, as well as more transparent pricing.
