This business location has been a disappointing experience for many customers. Most reviews have been negative, highlighting issues with delivery, communication, and customer service. Customers have reported problems with packages not being delivered, or being delivered incorrectly, and have expressed frustration with the company's inability to resolve these issues. In some cases, customers have reported difficulty in getting in touch with the company, with long wait times on the phone or unresponsive emails. One major issue that has been consistently reported is the lack of accountability and transparency in the company's delivery process. Many customers have reported receiving messages saying that their packages have been delivered, only to find out that they were not. This has led to a loss of trust in the company and has caused significant frustration. The company's working hours are limited, with customers able to visit the location only from Monday to Friday between 8:30 and 16:00. This may not be convenient for everyone, especially those who need to pick up packages outside of these hours.Overall, while some customers may have had positive experiences with this company, the negative reviews far outweigh the positive. It's essential to be aware of these issues before choosing this business location for your delivery needs.Note: The lack of scores for "Pricing" and "Quality" indicates that there is not enough information to provide a reliable assessment of these aspects.
