BM Supermercados is a decent shopping experience that offers high-quality fresh products, personalized attention, and a strong commitment to local and proximity products. However, there are some issues that need to be addressed. One major problem is the inconsistent quality of products, with some customers reporting finding expired or spoiled items. This is particularly frustrating for customers who are trying to buy healthy and fresh food.Another issue is the pricing, which seems to be a bit high compared to other supermarkets in the area. While some customers appreciate the quality of products, others feel that the prices are not justified. However, the good news is that the supermarket is innovating and trying to improve, with features like quick visit planning and a convenient parking lot.The customer service is generally friendly and welcoming, although some customers have reported having to wait in long lines or having difficulty finding staff members to assist them. The online store and app are convenient features that allow customers to manage their accounts and access promotions and discounts. However, some customers have reported issues with the app, such as difficulties with login or navigation.Overall, BM Supermercados has a lot of potential, but it needs to work on improving the quality of products and addressing customer concerns about pricing. With a little bit of effort, this supermarket could become a go-to destination for customers in the area. Some specific issues that need to be addressed include:* The inconsistent quality of products, with some customers reporting finding expired or spoiled items.* The high prices, which may be a turn-off for some customers.* The difficulty in finding staff members to assist with customer service.* Issues with the online store and app, such as difficulties with login or navigation.Despite these issues, BM Supermercados is a solid choice for customers who are looking for a convenient and welcoming shopping experience. With a little bit of effort, this supermarket could become a top destination for customers in the area.
