This place is a great spot for a sweet treat or a casual meal. The variety of artisanal ice cream flavors is impressive, and the creperie and waffle options are a nice bonus. The atmosphere is trendy and cozy, making it a great spot for families or groups of friends. The staff is generally friendly and attentive, although there have been some reports of slow service during peak hours. One of the standout features is the LGBTQ+ friendly and transgender safe space, which is a refreshing and welcoming atmosphere. However, there have been some issues with inconsistent quality and portion sizes, with some customers reporting receiving small portions for high prices. Despite this, the heladería has a strong reputation and is a popular spot in the area. The long working hours and flexible service options make it a convenient spot for people with busy schedules. However, the lack of availability of lactose-free chocolate ice cream is a disappointment for some customers. Overall, this heladería is a great option for those looking for a unique and delicious treat, but it's essential to be aware of the potential inconsistencies in quality and service.
