This store has been a Madrid staple for over two centuries, and it's easy to see why. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they seem to genuinely care about their customers. The selection of instruments and sheet music is impressive, with something for every skill level and musical style. The store is clean and well-maintained, and the location is convenient and accessible. One issue that stands out is the occasional slow service. While the staff is generally helpful and attentive, there have been times when customers have reported having to wait a long time to be served or to have their questions answered. This can be frustrating, especially for those who are in a hurry or who are looking for a specific item.Despite this issue, the store remains a beloved institution in Madrid, and it's a must-visit for anyone interested in music. Whether you're a seasoned musician or just starting out, you'll find something to appreciate here. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is happy to answer any questions you may have.Overall, Hazen is a great resource for anyone looking to buy or rent musical instruments or sheet music. With its rich history, knowledgeable staff, and impressive selection, it's a must-visit destination for music lovers of all ages.
