This toy store is a must-visit for anyone in Madrid, especially for those who are fans of miniatures, wargames, and board games. The store is well-stocked with a wide range of products, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They offer a variety of services, including in-store pickup and delivery, making it easy to get the products you need. The store is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible entrance, and has a cozy atmosphere that makes it a pleasure to browse through the shelves. The owners have also organized various tournaments and workshops, which is a great way to meet other enthusiasts and learn new skills. However, one issue that was mentioned by a customer is that the online store does not always have accurate information about the availability of products, which can be frustrating if you're looking for something specific.Overall, the store is a great destination for anyone who loves miniatures, wargames, or board games, and the staff is always happy to help you find what you're looking for.
