Overview
The Concertante Talía Group is a non-profit entity founded in 1996 by the conductor Silvia Sanz Torre. Its mission is to ensure that professional musicians have the necessary orchestral and choral complement to put their knowledge into practice and develop their musical vocation and that children and young people can continue and expand their musical education. For this, we are dedicated to the training of orchestral and choral groups, and to the dissemination of music through our four formations: the Madrid Metropolitan Orchestra, the Talía Choir, the Madrid Youth Orchestra (MAYO), the Jonsui Children's Orchestra and the Talía Mini Children's Choir.GCT aspires to be a means of dissemination of musical culture, specifically of symphonic music.
