Goner Music is a one-stop-shop for music-related services, offering a wide range of options for artists, from music lessons and publishing to management and promotion. With 12 years of experience in the industry, they claim to have the necessary expertise to help artists succeed. The staff is described as professional and attentive, with many clients praising their direct and personalized treatment. However, there is a lack of transparency regarding their pricing structure, which may deter some potential clients. Some clients have reported having excellent experiences with Goner Music, citing the staff's professionalism, clear explanations, and helpfulness. They appreciate the personalized attention and the fact that they can schedule on-site services. The company's commitment to transparency and its clear goals are also highlights.Unfortunately, one client had a disappointing experience, reporting a lack of patience, broken promises, and a cancelled plan due to unavailability for communication. They also mentioned that the company made unfounded assumptions and put them in a bad light. This incident raises concerns about the company's customer service and communication. The facilities are well-equipped, with free parking and gender-neutral toilets available. The working hours are flexible, allowing clients to schedule appointments during the day. Overall, Goner Music appears to be a reliable option for artists seeking music-related services, but potential clients should be aware of the issues reported by one client.
