This logistics operator has shown great potential with an overall score of 4.1. The majority of customers have been satisfied with the quality of service, awarding an average score of 4.2. The experience has been professional, with polite and efficient staff, as seen in the customer feedback. The customer service team has been proactive in keeping customers informed about the delivery process, and the delivery itself has been prompt and reliable. One customer even appreciated the delivery staff's flexibility in adjusting to a changing schedule. However, there is a significant issue with pricing that has not been consistently met, and innovativeness of the company is unclear, with no notable examples or feedback that would indicate this area as a strength. The only real drawback for some customers has been with regards to communication and follow-through. Two customers have had frustrating experiences with the company's phone service, feeling that it was not properly staffed or responsive to their needs. Furthermore, one customer had to deal with the added inconvenience of a damaged product upon delivery, which was only rectified after a series of complaints. Overall, this logistics operator is making a strong effort to provide excellent service, but some areas require improvement, particularly in terms of communication and reliability.
