Overview

Getafe (CLA) is a multi-purpose logistics warehouse (warehousing and cross-docking) located in the Getafe Logistics Distribution Centre, the most important logistics and industrial park in southern Madrid, 15 km from the city centre and 20 minutes from Adolfo Suárez Madrid - Barajas airport. Additionally, it has excellent connections to the A-4, M50, R4, and A42 roads. Getafe (CLA) has 16,100 m² and was built in 2000 and renovated in 2021 to the highest quality standards for logistics use. It has truck docks, ramps, and light vehicle access gates, a private parking lot, and a heavy vehicle manoeuvring area.
