This medical office seems to be struggling with providing good quality service to its patients. Many reviewers have reported difficulties in making appointments, with some being told to use alternative methods that don't work. The office has also been criticized for being unresponsive to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails. The office's facilities have also been called into question, with several reviewers complaining about the heat in the waiting room and the lack of air conditioning. Some have even reported feeling xenophobic treatment from staff. On the other hand, some reviewers have had positive experiences with the office, praising the professionalism of certain doctors and staff members. However, these positive reviews are far outnumbered by the negative ones. One major issue that stands out is the difficulty in making appointments. Many reviewers have reported being unable to reach the office by phone or through its website, and being told to try alternative methods that don't work. This is a major turn-off for potential patients and makes it difficult for the office to provide good quality service.Another issue is the lack of transparency and communication from the office. Some reviewers have reported being unable to get clear information about their appointments or treatment plans, and feeling frustrated and disrespected as a result.Overall, this medical office seems to be struggling with providing good quality service to its patients. While it has some positive qualities, its flaws and shortcomings make it a difficult place to recommend.
