This boxing school is a great place to learn and achieve your fitness goals. The classes are well-structured and adaptable to each individual's level. The coaches are attentive and helpful, creating a positive and motivating environment. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, with a good selection of equipment. The classes are 1 hour long, consisting of a combination of punching the bag, individual work, and physical exercises. This comprehensive training approach ensures a complete workout. The coaches also offer contactless classes for those who prefer a more low-impact or low-risk option. One notable aspect of this gym is its adaptability to different levels and preferences. The coaches make sure to accommodate each student's needs, providing a personalized experience. This is especially helpful for those who are new to boxing or have specific goals in mind.Another plus is the variety of amenities available, including a wheelchair-accessible entrance and a toilet. The gym also accepts NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards, making it convenient for students to pay for their classes. However, there seems to be a need for improvement in the variety of classes offered. While the coaches are knowledgeable and skilled, the classes may become repetitive for students who attend regularly. The prices are competitive, and the coaches offer a trial session for newcomers to get a feel for the gym and its atmosphere. The facility is also well-suited for children, making it a great option for families.Overall, this boxing school is a great place to learn and improve your fitness skills, with a supportive and motivating environment. However, it may benefit from offering more variety in its classes to keep students engaged and challenged.
