Farmacias Trébol is a well-established pharmacy chain with a focus on offering an exceptional customer experience. The staff is highly trained and provides personalized service to address customers' health and well-being needs. They offer a wide range of pharmaceutical and para-pharmaceutical products, both in-store and online. The pharmacy's working hours are extended, from 00:00 to 24:00 every day, which is convenient for customers who need medication or services outside of regular business hours. The location is also wheelchair-accessible, making it easily accessible to customers with mobility issues. The pharmacy accepts various payment methods, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards, making it easy for customers to pay for their purchases. They also offer in-store shopping, in-store pick-up, and delivery services, providing customers with flexible options to receive their purchases. However, the pharmacy has had some issues with customer service. Some customers have reported being denied medication or services due to issues with prescriptions or product availability. For example, one customer was denied Ventolin for a bronchospasm due to not having a prescription, despite being available at other pharmacies.Additionally, there have been instances where customers have experienced difficulties with returns or refunds, such as a customer who was not refunded the cost of a medication that was found to be unavailable. These issues highlight the need for the pharmacy to improve its customer service and communication with customers.Overall, Farmacias Trébol is a reliable option for customers looking for a wide range of pharmaceutical and para-pharmaceutical products, but the pharmacy needs to work on improving its customer service and addressing issues with product availability and returns.
