The hostel is well-situated in the heart of Madrid, making it easy to access various points of interest. The property itself offers a trendy and welcoming atmosphere, with basic dorms and private rooms available. Guests have praised the cleanliness of the hostel, including the dorms, private rooms, and shared facilities. The staff has received positive feedback for being friendly and helpful. Some guests have noted that the Wi-Fi connection can be unreliable at times, but this is a minor issue. The hostel's common kitchen and terrace areas are well-received by guests, who appreciate the opportunity to socialize and relax in a shared space. Overall, the hostel is a solid choice for travelers looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay in Madrid. The only area for improvement is the inconsistent Wi-Fi connection, which can be frustrating for guests who rely on it for communication and navigation.
