It seems that the company FAIN Elevators has received mostly negative reviews from customers. Many of them have expressed frustration with the company's slow response to maintenance and repair requests, with some waiting for months for issues to be resolved. Several customers have also mentioned that the company's technicians are not always professional and courteous, which has caused further frustration. On the other hand, the company's pricing is considered to be competitive and reasonable. Some specific issues that have been mentioned include:* Slow response times to maintenance and repair requests, with some customers waiting for weeks or even months for issues to be resolved.* Inconsistent and unprofessional behavior from the company's technicians, including one customer who reported being left with a broken elevator for an extended period of time.* Lack of transparency and communication from the company, with some customers feeling that they were not kept informed about the status of their requests.* High levels of stress and inconvenience caused by the company's slow response times, particularly for customers who rely on the elevators for access to their homes or businesses.Despite these issues, the company's pricing is considered to be a major strength, with customers praising the competitive rates and reasonable fees.Overall, it seems that FAIN Elevators has some significant areas for improvement in terms of its customer service and response times. While the company's pricing is a strong point, the negative reviews suggest that there are deeper issues that need to be addressed in order to improve customer satisfaction.
