At the Ecological Extractor of Mora, we carry out the complete cycle of olive grove management. After the production of virgin olive oil, we take advantage of the by-products generated by the olive mills, carrying out recovery treatments of the pomace, which allow us to obtain in an ecological and sustainable way crude pomace oil as well as olive biomass (pomace and stone).
