The business is located in Building 6A, C. José Echegaray Street, Las Rozas de Madrid City, and it's described as a Financial Credit Institution. The working hours are quite long, from 09:00 to 22:00 on weekdays and 09:00 to 21:00 on Saturdays. However, the establishment has a wheelchair-accessible entrance, which is a positive feature. Most of the clients who have left feedback express dissatisfaction with the service. Many have mentioned that it's impossible to contact them, with long wait times and unresponsive staff. Some clients have also reported high interest rates and difficulties with loan repayments. The business is criticized for its lack of transparency and responsiveness. It seems that clients have to wait for a long time to resolve their issues, and some have even been advised to visit the Consumer Office for help. The business also appears to have a poor record of cancelling reservations of vehicle ownership, with clients having to pay extra fees to get the process done.Despite one positive review, the majority of feedback suggests that the business has significant issues. It's recommended that potential clients exercise caution and thoroughly research the business before working with them.
