This business has a good reputation, but there are some issues to be addressed. The quality of the services provided is not consistent, with some reviewers mentioning a lack of attention to detail and others praising the professionals working there. The pricing is competitive and fair, with some reviewers mentioning that they got value for their money. The notary office seems to be innovative and modern, with features such as online appointments and gender-neutral toilets. However, there are some issues with the communication and customer service, with one reviewer mentioning that they were not able to get a meeting with the notary and had to deal with an uncooperative employee. Overall, this is a solid business that needs to work on its consistency and customer service. One of the main issues with this business is the lack of transparency and communication. Some reviewers have mentioned that they were not clear about the costs and procedures involved in their notary services. This can lead to misunderstandings and frustration for customers. Additionally, the business has a reputation for being too rigid and inflexible, with some reviewers mentioning that they were not able to get their way with certain procedures. On the positive side, the business has a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, with features such as LGBTQ+ friendly and transgender safe space. The staff is professional and courteous, with some reviewers praising the excellent service they received. The notary office also seems to be well-organized and efficient, with reviewers mentioning that they were able to get their documents in a timely manner. To improve, this business needs to focus on providing clear and transparent communication to its customers. This can include being more upfront about costs and procedures, and providing clear instructions and explanations to customers. The business also needs to work on its customer service, by being more flexible and accommodating to customers' needs. With these improvements, this business could become a top-notch notary office in the area.
