This location is a well-stocked tobacco shop that meets the needs of customers. The friendly and helpful staff are a significant plus, with some employees receiving special mentions for their excellent service. The store's 24/7 operating schedule is convenient for customers with varying needs and schedules. The diverse product range, including a variety of tobacco products, wine, and snacks, is a major draw for shoppers. The store's atmosphere is welcoming, with some customers enjoying the live DJ sessions. However, some issues with customer service have been reported, including one instance of a staff member being impolite and another of a product being sold at a higher price than necessary. The store's modern devices and wide selection of products are also notable, but some customers have reported issues with the store's management, including one case of a product being sold without a recommended replacement. Overall, this location is a solid choice for customers looking for a well-stocked tobacco shop with friendly service, but there may be some areas for improvement. One issue that needs attention is the need for better communication and training among staff to ensure that customers receive accurate information and the best possible service.
