Eszenzias is a well-established business that offers a variety of services, including yoga, Thai massage, and spa treatments. The location is convenient, with a beautiful building and a quiet street. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. They are knowledgeable and make sure that each guest has a wonderful experience. The massage therapists are skilled and provide an excellent service. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, with a nice spa area and a sauna. The water temperature in the jacuzzi could be improved. Some guests have mentioned that the massages can be inconsistent, with some therapists providing a more intense or gentle experience than others. One of the issues with Esenzias is that the quality of the experience can vary depending on the therapist and the time of day. While many guests have had excellent experiences, a few have reported being disappointed with the quality of the massage or the cleanliness of the facilities.Despite these issues, Esenzias remains a popular and well-regarded business. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is always willing to listen to feedback and make improvements.Overall, Esenzias is a good choice for those looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. However, it's essential to be aware of the potential inconsistencies in the quality of service and to communicate any concerns with the staff. One of the ways that Esenzias can improve is by providing a more consistent experience for all guests. This could be achieved by training the therapists to work together to provide a standard level of service, regardless of the time of day or the guest's preferences.Another way that Esenzias can improve is by addressing the issue of inconsistent water temperature in the jacuzzi. This is a simple fix that would make a big difference in the overall experience for guests. Finally, Esenzias could benefit from a more organized and welcoming check-in process. This would help guests feel more at ease and prepared for their experience.Despite these areas for improvement, Esenzias remains a wonderful business that provides a unique and rejuvenating experience for guests. With a little attention to detail and a focus on consistency, Esenzias could become an even better business.
