This bicycle store is located in a convenient spot in Alcobendas City, making it easy to access by car, and there's also free parking available on site. The store's hours of operation are consistent from Monday to Friday, but it's closed on Saturdays and Sundays. The owners are very responsive to customer feedback, which is clear from the way they engage with clients on the store's website. The team of professionals is highly skilled and offers excellent service. Many customers have praised the store's good prices, high-quality products, and impressive selection of bicycle parts and accessories. The store's Shimano workshop is a major plus, and the team's expertise in bicycle repair is evident in the positive feedback from customers who have had their bikes serviced there. One area that could be improved is the pricing, as some customers have mentioned that it's slightly higher than what they've found elsewhere. However, the quality of service and products is definitely worth the extra cost.Overall, this store is a great option for cyclists in the area, with a knowledgeable and friendly team, a wide selection of products, and excellent service.
