This location is a community service that offers a wide range of services, including emergency care and social services. The team is very friendly and helpful, making a big effort to make everyone feel welcome and included, particularly in the LGBTQ+ community. The unit is well-equipped and easily accessible, with wheelchair-accessible seating, restrooms, and parking. They have a nursing room for children, which is a great feature for families. The staff is highly committed to their work and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. They have implemented various initiatives to bring joy and happiness to people in need, such as surprise visits with gifts for special occasions. One issue is that the location's hours of operation are 24/7, which might not be suitable for everyone, especially those who prefer more traditional business hours.Overall, this location is a wonderful resource for the community, providing essential services and a supportive environment for all.
