This cleaning service has established a strong reputation in Madrid. The team uses 100% eco-friendly products, making them a great choice for those who care about the environment. Their professionalism is evident in the numerous glowing reviews, with many clients praising the thoroughness and attention to detail of their work. One client, however, reported a disappointing experience with the effectiveness of their service. The business is very accommodating, with a flexible schedule and online estimates available. They also identify as a women-owned business and are LGBTQ+ friendly, making them a welcoming choice for a diverse community. The location is wheelchair-accessible, with both a wheelchair-accessible toilet and seating area available. The pricing seems to be very competitive, with many clients commenting on the value they received for their money. However, the overall score could be improved if the business were to address the issue reported by one client, which may have been a one-time mistake but still left a lasting impression.
