This company has a long history of providing excellent guided tours in Toledo and its surroundings. The staff is experienced and knowledgeable, with a good command of multiple languages. The guides are enthusiastic and engaging, making the experience enjoyable and memorable. The company offers a range of tours, including private and group options, to suit different preferences and needs. The tours are well-structured and comprehensive, covering a wide range of topics and sights. The guides provide detailed information about the history, art, and architecture of the city, as well as interesting anecdotes and stories. The tours are also adaptable to the interests and pace of the group, ensuring that everyone gets the most out of the experience. The company's commitment to quality is evident in every aspect of the tour, from the guide's preparation and knowledge to the organization and logistics. The staff is responsive and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure that clients have a positive experience. One area for improvement is the lack of diversity in the tour options. While the company offers a range of tours, they may not cater to all interests or preferences. Some clients may find the tours too focused on history or art, while others may prefer more active or adventurous experiences.Overall, Destino Toledo is a reliable and trustworthy company that provides excellent guided tours in Toledo. With a little more diversity in their tour options, they could be even more successful in meeting the needs of a wide range of clients.
