This review is based on the information available about Autodesguaces El Choque, a used auto parts store with a long history of service. The store's overall rating is decent, but not exceptional, with a score of 3.8 out of 5. While the quality of the store's services and products is good, with a score of 3.4, the pricing is a major advantage, with a score of 4.5. The store's innovativeness, however, is only average, with a score of 4.0.Despite the store's efforts to provide a range of services, including used car parts, wheels, and deregistration of vehicles, some customers have reported issues with the store's phone service. Some customers have mentioned that the store's phone staff can be unfriendly and unhelpful, which is a major drawback. Additionally, some customers have reported problems with their online purchases, including delayed deliveries and unresponsive customer service. On the other hand, many customers have praised the store's professionalism, speed, and helpfulness. Some have reported that the store's staff is friendly and courteous, and that they are able to find the parts they need quickly and easily. The store's online platform is also user-friendly and efficient, making it easy to purchase parts and track orders. One major issue that customers have reported is the lack of transparency and accountability in the store's operations. Some customers have mentioned that the store's staff is not responsive to customer inquiries, and that they are not held accountable for mistakes or delays. This lack of accountability can be frustrating for customers who are trying to resolve issues with their purchases.Overall, Autodesguaces El Choque is a decent option for customers looking for used auto parts and services. However, the store's issues with phone service and online purchases may deter some customers. With some improvements in these areas, the store could provide an even better experience for its customers. It is also worth noting that the store's location, Building 6, C. Oro Street, San Martín de la Vega City, may be convenient for some customers, but it may not be accessible for others. Additionally, the store's working hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, and Saturday from 9:30 to 13:30, may not be convenient for customers who need to visit the store outside of these hours. In summary, Autodesguaces El Choque is a decent option for customers looking for used auto parts and services, but it has some areas for improvement, particularly in terms of phone service and online purchases.
