Decobraz Group is a well-established company with over 25 years of experience in the wood flooring sector. They have a wide range of flooring samples available in their physical stores in Madrid and Barcelona, which is a major advantage for customers. The company has a strong reputation for professionalism and quality, with many satisfied customers who have praised their excellent service. One of the notable strengths of Decobraz is their pricing, which is very competitive and reasonable. They are able to offer high-quality products at affordable prices, making them a great option for customers on a budget. However, some customers have noted that the quality of their products is not always consistent, which can be a letdown.Another aspect where Decobraz shines is their innovativeness. They have a keen eye for trends and are always looking for new and exciting products to offer their customers. Their ability to stay ahead of the curve and adapt to changing market conditions is a significant advantage. One of the only criticisms that can be leveled against Decobraz is their lack of attention to detail in some cases. While their overall service is excellent, some customers have reported that they were not always informed of the necessary precautions to take when installing and maintaining their flooring. This has led to some issues with the longevity of their products.Overall, Decobraz is a solid choice for customers looking for high-quality wood flooring and excellent service. While they may not be perfect, their strengths outweigh their weaknesses, and they are definitely worth considering.A notable example of their commitment to customer satisfaction is the case of a customer who had to have their parquet repaired due to a leak in their bathroom. Decobraz's team went above and beyond to ensure that the repair was done quickly and to a high standard, and the customer was extremely satisfied with the result. However, there is one customer who had a negative experience with Decobraz. They felt that the company did not communicate effectively with them throughout the process, and that the final result did not meet their expectations. They noted that the flooring was damaged during the installation process and that the company did not take adequate steps to address the issue.Despite this one negative review, Decobraz has a strong overall rating and a reputation for excellence. They are definitely a company worth considering for customers looking for high-quality wood flooring and excellent service.
