The business location is Danone, a manufacturer of food products with a supermarket and catering services. The address is Building 20, Av. de la Industria Street, Tres Cantos City. The business is open from 09:00 to 19:00 on weekdays, but is closed on weekends. Danone has received generally positive reviews from customers, with many praising the friendly and welcoming staff. However, some customers have reported long wait times for loading and unloading goods, with one customer stating that they waited for 7 hours. On the other hand, some customers have expressed frustration with the lack of organization and communication within the business. One customer reported being yelled at by a staff member for not speaking the language correctly, while another customer was told to go to a different location for loading and unloading. The business has also received criticism for its handling of customer complaints, with one customer stating that their issue was not resolved after they made a formal complaint. One issue that has been highlighted is the need for better communication and organization within the business, particularly when it comes to loading and unloading goods. Some customers have reported being sent to different locations for loading and unloading, or being told to wait for extended periods of time. This can be frustrating for customers and can impact the overall experience of visiting the business.
