This business location is a well-established and reputable dealership for used and new Dacia vehicles, offering a wide range of services including sales, repair, and maintenance. The staff is known for their professionalism, friendliness, and excellent customer service. Many customers have reported being satisfied with their experiences, citing the helpful and attentive staff, as well as the transparent and fair pricing. The dealership is also notable for its commitment to customer satisfaction, with many clients praising the efforts of the sales team, including David, Sonia, and Tamara, who have received high marks for their expertise, patience, and willingness to help. However, one customer had a negative experience, citing an inaccurate diagnosis and overcharging for repairs. The dealership's response to this issue was not satisfactory, and the customer felt that they were not given a clear explanation of the problem or the cost of the repairs.Overall, the dealership appears to have a strong reputation for quality and customer service, but there is a need for improvement in their diagnostic and repair processes to ensure that customers receive accurate and transparent information about their vehicles. The lack of clear explanation of the repair diagnosis and cost is an issue that needs to be addressed.
