This location is a multifaceted business that offers a wide range of services, including printing, binding, photocopies, and digital photo printing. The staff is known for being friendly and professional, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that clients feel welcome and cared for. Many clients have praised the business for its attention to detail and quality of work, with some even describing it as a "transgender safe space" and a "LGBTQ+ friendly" environment. The business is also notable for its commitment to innovation, with the recent introduction of a 3D resin printing service. This cutting-edge technology has allowed the business to expand its offerings and provide clients with even more options for their printing needs. One area for improvement is the pricing, which some clients have found to be a bit high compared to other locations. However, the business has responded to these concerns by pointing out that it has to maintain its equipment and cover other expenses, and that the prices are transparent and clearly displayed.Overall, this location is a great option for anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality printing and binding service. Its commitment to customer service, innovation, and inclusivity make it a standout in the industry.Note: One potential issue that the business could work on is improving its communication with clients, particularly in regards to pricing and deadlines. While the staff is friendly and professional, some clients have reported difficulties in getting clear information about their orders and timelines.
