Overview

Covibar is a housing cooperative that was born as a great utopia and today is a unique reality, mainly due to its dimension and urban concept, its management model and its social project. It also has the pride of having contributed, as one of the pioneers since the early 80s, to the exponential growth and development of Rivas Vaciamadrid.Despite the fact that the construction of the 4,500 homes was completed in 1994, the Cooperative did not dissolve and from that moment on, an ambitious social project was put into operation, focused on promoting the culture, sports and leisure of the cooperative members and of all the people of Rivas, together with the conservation and improvement of the cooperative heritage.
