COLEAR CASTILLA LEÓN is a cooperative of 2nd grade, dedicated to the marketing of Castilla y León lamb, with over 400 registered shepherds. We act in defense of the interests of the shepherd, put voice to their needs and are their extension in the marketing and distribution of their products, reflecting the maximum added value in their economy and avoiding the intermediation of third parties. We have our own distribution network that allows us to save costs between the parties and offer the final consumer, a product of the highest quality at the best price.
