While the clinic is not perfect, with one patient reporting a disappointing experience due to a delay in treatment, the vast majority of patients have had a positive experience and would highly recommend the clinic to others. One issue that stands out is the delay in treatment experienced by one patient, who was told that they would be seen at 10:30am but was not attended to until 10:50am. This delay was particularly frustrating for the patient, who felt that it was a lack of respect for their time. However, this is an isolated incident and the clinic has taken steps to address the issue and prevent it from happening again in the future.
