This business location is a reliable and user-friendly solution for those who need to receive packages at their doorstep. The quality of the service is exceptional, with a seamless experience for both senders and receivers. The pricing is reasonable, considering the convenience and security offered. The innovativeness of the service is also noteworthy, providing a unique solution for package delivery.
The business is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM from Monday to Friday and 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturdays, with a wheelchair-accessible entrance, making it easily accessible for everyone.
However, there is a significant drawback to be noted. There have been instances where users have been forced to use the service without their consent, with packages being left at the location without prior authorization. This can be frustrating and inconvenient for those who do not want to use the service.
Overall, this business location is a great solution for those who value convenience and security, but users should be aware of the potential issues with unauthorized package delivery.
The business has a strong presence in the community, with many satisfied customers who have had positive experiences with the service. The owners have also been responsive to customer concerns, with one instance of a negative review being addressed promptly and professionally.
The business is committed to improving its service, and it shows in the high ratings from satisfied customers. The fact that it is free to use also adds to its appeal, making it an attractive option for those who need to receive packages.
