This location is a mixed bag, with some enjoyable aspects and some notable issues. The staff is generally friendly and the atmosphere is family-friendly, which is great for kids. The go-karting track has potential, but it's clear that maintenance and upkeep are lacking. Many customers have reported issues with broken karts, bumpy tracks, and poor service. On the other hand, some customers have praised the staff's attention to detail and the variety of activities available. The location is wheelchair-accessible, which is a plus. However, the customer service can be spotty, with some customers reporting difficulty getting in touch with the staff. The price is generally reasonable, but some customers have felt that it's overpriced. One major issue that stands out is the location's tendency to be closed when customers arrive, with some customers reporting that they were told it was open when it was actually closed. This can be frustrating and disappointing for customers who have traveled from afar. Overall, this location could benefit from some serious attention to maintenance and customer service to reach its full potential.
