The location is a community service center that offers various activities and services for senior citizens, including free classes, gym classes, and a podologist. The center has a wheelchair-accessible entrance and provides restroom facilities. However, some reviewers have mentioned that the facilities are a bit old and in need of renovation, with reports of leaks and holes in the walls and ceiling. The quality of the services and activities offered at the center seems to be a mixed bag. While some reviewers have praised the center's staff and the variety of activities available, others have noted that the facilities are in disrepair. The center's podologist has been mentioned as a particular highlight, with one reviewer praising their work. It's unclear what the pricing for the center's services and activities is, as this information is not provided in the reviews. The center appears to be innovating in its approach to serving senior citizens, with a variety of activities and services on offer. However, some reviewers have noted that the center could benefit from a bit of modernization to bring the facilities up to date. One notable issue is the center's facilities, which appear to be in need of renovation to address the reported issues with leaks, holes, and generally being out of date.
