This upscale shopping mall in Madrid's Príncipe Pío area is a hub for various stores, restaurants, and entertainment options. The mall's sleek design and glass ceiling make it a pleasant space to browse and dine. The variety of stores and restaurants caters to different tastes and budgets, but some patrons have mentioned that the prices can be a bit steep. Unfortunately, some visitors have experienced issues with the air conditioning, which can make the mall feel like a sauna during hot months. Additionally, there have been complaints about the cleanliness of the bathrooms, with some patrons noting that they are often dirty, regardless of the time of day. On a more positive note, the mall is well-organized and easy to navigate, with plenty of seating areas and a spacious food court. The staff are generally friendly and attentive, with some patrons praising specific employees for their excellent customer service. Overall, this mall is a great option for those looking for a wide range of shopping and dining options in a central location, but may require some improvement in terms of air conditioning and bathroom cleanliness.
