We are a civil engineer and a computer scientist with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong connection to rural areas. In 2004, we decided to produce high-quality snails in Madrid.Our farm is located in a privileged environment in the Sierra Oeste, in Cadalso de los Vidrios. For this reason, we chose sustainability and agroecological techniques for production. We like what we do and also want to share our work.Since 2017, we have been marketing our products directly in the Municipal Market of Vallehermoso (Madrid). There, you can find both fresh and live snails from our farm, as well as cooked by us for take away, and also in jar.We distribute and send products throughout Spain.
